“Stretch and Tone” on Mondays and Fridays, 8:30 – 9:30 AM
– Pilates-inspired exercises in a fitness format — stretch, strengthen and tone muscles
Bring exercise mat or thick towel for floor work; wear comfortable clothes, athletic shoes if desired (or barefoot)
