Appreciation Night Potluck for 25 Innovative Readiness Training military personnel who are now here on Kauai building the Kawaihau Boardwalk which connects residential Kawaihau Road to the coastal stretch of Ke Ala Hele Makalae with a walkable/rideable route.
Military personnel are being deployed to Kauai on an extended training mission in a series of 2-week long “rotations.” The 25 member Rotation #1 crew now here will leave Kauai on May 23, so let’s honor their efforts with a memorable social event while they are on island. Five Military training rotations, each lasting 2-weeks, are scheduled to complete this project about the end of July, 2017.
