REJUVENATION QI GONG FOR BEGINNERS

Saturday, December 4, 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Come and experience rejuvenating exercises for beginners to balance the body for greater health, more energy and increased vitality.  This easy practice provides a powerful set of tools to reduce stress and strengthen the body and mind.  Tuition is $150 and $25 for 3 months of follow up practice (Optional practice offered 5 times a week M, T, W, TH 6-7pm & T at 11am)
